Education Promotion Officer, Nuffic Neso Desk India,

Amita Amin is the Education Promotion Officer for Nuffic Nesa Desk India. Since joining the Nuffic Neso in September 2008, she has been responsible for setting up its first office in India.

Amita has been involved with assisting students in finding direction for their studies and chartering a career path for themselves since the past 12 years. In her current role, she reaches out to students all over India interested in pursuing their higher education in the Netherlands.

Amina has a BSc in Physics from St. Xaviers College in Ahmedabad and has worked at the St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boston, USA. She is most passionate about teaching and counseling children.
