Anil Sainani is CEO Dalmia Bharat Group Foundation and Values Ombudsman for the Dalmia Bharat Group

He is also a Family Business Advisor and Consultant to many Indian Business Families and an Executive Coach to family business owners and senior leaders (CEOs & functional Heads) in Family Businesses.

Mr. Sainani has worked in Government of India as a civil servant for over 13 years. He has taught in Executive Programs on Family Business and Entrepreneurship as a visiting faculty at ISB Hyderabad, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore. He has also conducted workshops and lead discussion on case studies on Family Business for organizations like Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), All India Management Association (AIMA), Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Federation of Automobile Dealers of India (FADA); Young Presidents Organization Nairobi (Kenya), National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG) and Madras Management Association (MMA).

Mr. Sainani has done his Masters from IIM Bangalore and holds a Diploma in Creative Writing in English and a Masters' degree in Arts.
