Saurabh is a Program Advisor at Observer Research Foundation and also advises NGOs, consulting firms, multilateral organization as an independent consultant. He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and is an expert in Public and Social Sector Strategy & Management. He has over 12 years of sector exposure through work at Mckinsey, PwC and NGOs like APF & Pratham.
Saurabh is a post-graduate in Public Management and Policy from Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad) and done special trainings at Carnegie Mellon University (USA), University of Twente (The Netherlands).
He has served Government of India through Joint Review Mission for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan as a World Bank representative and has co-authored the UN Human Development Report for Delhi. He is well trained in large program management and consulting services in Education, Healthcare, Public Finance, and Development Economics and has in-depth exposure in global good-governance models, public policy formulation and evaluation.
He has written position papers on govt. policies and parliamentary acts and anchored many key negotiations & discussions with bureaucrats, politicians and thought leaders in the development sector. He has authored a book on Governance Reforms in Uttar Pradesh which was launched in November 2011.
