Nitin Madan completed his masters from Columbia University's film program, and has written, directed and produced for cinema and television, in India and the United States. He co-founded Got Lucky Pictures in 2009 and produced his first feature film, “COLIN HEARTS KAY". His documentary work has included subjects such as India’s greatest painter MF Husain, legendary Swiss- French architect Le Corbusier and contemporary New York painter Russell Connor. His work has been seen in film festivals across the world, Indian TV networks and PBS in the USA. He currently divides his time between New York and India, working on several film projects, including the latest Got Lucky Pictures production, "THE ASTHMATIC LOVER". He has had the good fortune of working closely with luminaries of international cinema including Shabana Azmi and Mira Nair. Nitin was formerly an adjunct faculty member at NYU's School of Continuing and Professional Studies, where he taught a course in Indian cinema titled, "India at 24 Frames per Second". His corporate work includes films for Gillette, Duracell, Maruti Suzuki and Mercedes.
