A deep-rooted passion for developing people through leadership, entrepreneur development interventions and future leader incubation through grass-root level initiatives in the education sector – has fuelled Sameer’s journey over 20 years from a marketing professional to a management consulting professional to finally an edupraneur

He has managed varied assignments in India and abroad across management consulting, marketing, profit center management, coaching and leadership development.  He is an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi and an NLP Practitioner

He has worked closely with global organizations seeking to achieve competitiveness and business excellence. His recent exposure has been in MEA and APAC with industry associations and country competitiveness initiatives and with organizations in their quest for strategic renewal. He has been guiding transformation efforts, facilitating change journeys, coaching and mentoring leaders to articulate a strategic intent through the leadership vision and build enduring organizational brands.

He also co-promoted Eduminate in response to a cherished desire to focus more time towards next generation leaders who would guide our country’s future. His passion is to dedicate his leadership development and management consulting expertise in reinforcing attitudes, behaviors and key skills of teens and adolescents - enabling them to navigate across life's complex challenges. Through interventions at schools and colleges, seminars and workshops with educationists across the globe, he seeks to align the fraternity to the demands of continuously evolving learner needs.
