In January 2009, Sherena established the first Dynargie office in Asia with a mission to develop and deliver outstanding training and consulting solutions to meet client needs.
Prior to establishing Dynargie, Sherena built a successful training business serving clients such as the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Education, Housing Development Board, Land Transport Authority, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Silk Air, Christian Dior, Polo Ralph Lauren, Shell, DHL, Ascendas, Keppel Land, Datacraft Singapore and Coperion Singapore.
Sherena is an accredited trainer whose key competencies lie in the areas of Management & Leadership Training, Interpersonal Communication Skills, General Oral & Written Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Personal Effectiveness & Team Building. She particularly enjoys working with young adults, motivating them to set and achieve new goals. Sherena also conducts LEGO® Serious Play™ workshops using the internationally renowned, play-based problem solving and communication technique to help groups engage, create and be more effective.
A Singapore Government Humanities Scholar, Sherena graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Honours) from the University of Bristol, UK. She then spent a number of years working with Citibank Private Bank in London where she implemented and trained staff across Europe on global legal and compliance policies. She subsequently joined a geographical marketing unit providing investment advice to high net worth individuals and was awarded a Service Excellence Award in this capacity.
Sherena holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessing and is a certified DISC Personality Profiling Tool Facilitator. She also conducts train-the-trainer programmes for new Dynargie consultants.
