Gurjit Singh Lalli is an award-winning speaker, published writer on for profit for impact businesses, Director of an 80 million USD Social Investment Fund, Ambassador at HRH Prince Charles Youth Business Trust, and Co-founder of Power of Youth.
He has mentored entrepreneurs from Power of Youth, Entrepreneurial Spark, Princess Trust and TED Fellows. Also advised Presidents, Prime Ministers and Business Leaders including Richard Branson's Plan B team.
Speaking engagements and clients include TEDx, Horasis 100 Global Leaders, CEMVO Scotland, MeWeek, European Young Academy, and many others. Mr. Lalli is the recipient of the 2012 Common Purpose Award given by his Course Director, nominated member of the 2013 Young Academy from the Royal Society.
Gurjit brings 20 years of entrepreneurial experience including the fastest high growth startup in the Middle East, which in 12 months grew from 0 to 30 m USD. He has business interests in China, Mexico, India, Europe and Africa and is fluent in English, Spanish, Punjabi.
He holds a Masters in Law and Master in Business and Management from Lund University. Once reprimanded for being “too creative”, Gurjit is on a mission to help others to use business to make an impact like he did.
