In a career spanning t, hirty five years, Kaye Jacob has been a teacher, guidance counselor and, over the last seven years, an Administrator.
A post graduate of the University of Minnesota, with a Masters in Educational Policy & Administration, she has worked in International schools in Japan, India and, most recently, Egypt, where she has been employed by ESOL (Educational Services Overseas Limited) as Director of the American International School, West Campus, in Cairo since August 2008.
She was Principal of Woodstock School, Mussoorie, India, in the academic years, 2007 and 2008, having been elevated to that position after serving as Deputy Principal over the previous four years.
Kaye has recently returned to India to take up an assignment with The Heritage Schools as Head of their International Schools Division.
Throughout her career Kaye has had many opportunities to participate in professional development in the international context. She has attended leadership conferences sponsored by ECIS (European Council of International Schools), NESA (Near East-South Asia) and MAIS (Mediterranean Association of International Schools) as well as the summer institutes for school heads sponsored by Calvin College and AISH (the Association of International School Heads). Perhaps her greatest professional growth comes by chairing accreditation teams for the Middle States Association (MSA and the Council of International Schools (CIS), taking her into schools throughout Asia and Africa.
