Senior President & Global Convenor, YES INSTITUTE

Ms. Preeti Sinha is Senior President and Global Convenor of the YES BANK : YES Institute based at the Nyaya Marg, Chanakyapuri office. The YES Institute is an Indian international public private policy institute at YES BANK.

Prior to this appointment, she was the Chief Performance Management Partner in the Delivery and Performance Office at the African Development Bank (AfDB), leading multilateral development bank for Africa. She was engaged in increasing the delivery of the business pipeline at the AfDB and achievement of its institutional commitments and initiatives.

She has worked extensively on financing for development under Resource Mobilization and Strategy Development in over 4 continents –Asia, North America, Europe and Africa.  With over 25 years of global experience, she will lead the YES Institute in New Delhi.

She was Project Director for an extensive period for the Financing for Development (FfD) Initiative at the World Economic Forum in Geneva and Davos, Switzerland. She has prior experience of over 15 years in investment banking for HSBC, Rabobank, Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan in London, Hong Kong, Mumbai and New York. Preeti has an Executive Education degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

• She achieved a Masters degree in Global Leadership from the World Economic Forum.
• She holds a MBA from the Yale University School of Management (SOM).
• She has a BA Honors degree from the Dartmouth College in Economics and Computer Science.
