President, Cisco Systems, India & SAARC

Dinesh Malkani is President, Cisco India and SAARC. In this role, Dinesh leads sales and operations in the theatre.

In his earlier role, Dinesh was responsible for Cisco's Enterprise, Public Sector and Service Provider business across India & SAARC. He joined Cisco in 2010 and led the company's collaboration technologies team, in the APJC region, where it became a market leader.

With more than 22 years of experience in the IT and communications industry in APJC, Dinesh has held leadership positions in R&D, systems engineering and sales. He served as Country Manager in China and Korea in his earlier roles.

Outside of Cisco, Dinesh is a member of the Executive Council of Nasscom. Dinesh also serves on the board of the Parikrma Foundation, an NGO that provides quality education to marginalized children.
