Dr. Sarvesh Naidu has a Doctorate in Education from The USA, a Master’s Degree in English Literature as well as a Bachelor of Education Degree from India, and a Licentiate Diploma in Teaching of English as a Second Language from Trinity College, London. His schooling was at Mayo College, Ajmer, India.

A teaching and administrative career spanning 37 years has given him vast international experience in varied types of schools (Boarding; Day; Indian; International; established; new; co-educational and single denomination) and four different curricula: IB. ISC, CBSE and British. His experience with established as well as new schools, boarding schools as well as day schools, has helped him to discern closely the constantly evolving needs of schools and varied demands of different curricula. He has been an active Teacher Trainer and over the years encouraged them to focus extensively on the Emotional& Passion Quotient as well as helping Students in ‘Learning how to Learn’.
He conducts official school authorisation visits on behalf of the International Baccalaureate Organisation and has helped many new schools to implement the IB Diploma programme. He has been an International Examiner with the IBO for over 25 years.
His Thesis in Education was based on the Middle School Curriculum in particular, and good practices in Education in general. He was awarded his Doctorate in 2007. In Pathways World School as an institution, he sees a tremendous potential and ambience for nurturing the individual needs of each student. Community Service and outdoor adventure is a strong aspect in his concept of holistic education.
Under his leadership, Pathways has become a CIS Accredited School, a Global Member of Round Square as well as becoming a K-12 IB Continuum School. He is also a sportsman of high calibre having represented Rajasthan in Ranji Trophy Cricket at the national level, and played in the Tennis Leagues in Italy and Dubai and the Squash Leagues in Dubai, besides being a champion sportsperson in South India during his tenure there as Head of a School. A keen outdoor person and mountaineer, he has also directed plays and coordinated cultural events in schools.
His wife, Dr. Pathma Naidu, is a medical practitioner and currently working at the School as the Head of Counselling and the Pathways Universal Life Support Education (P.U.L.S.E.) Programme besides being an ASHI Instructor. She is also the ‘ambassador’ in India of the IGCA (International Global Citizen’s Award) and established it very successfully in Pathways. His daughter, Shamini has an MBA Degree in Professional Design from Malaysia.
