He is also a expert facilitator of Design Thinking & innovation workshops for CXOs.

He is an alumnus of National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad and Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He frequently speaks at global innovation & design forums and tweets @lookinbard. Manoj is also the co-founder of a leading design company Onio Design Pvt. Ltd. in India.
