Managing Director, IDeaS Revenue Solutions, India

As IDeaS managing director for India, K.S. Prashant is responsible for the regional offices and their operations. IDeaS provides innovative solutions, client support, and strategic advisory services to hospitality businesses. Prashantleadsthe India center for product development, analytics support, and cloud-based revenue optimisation products for the hospitality industry.

Prashant brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic business development, profit and loss responsibilities, service delivery, and global leadership to the executive team. He also has expertise in start-up growth, turnaround, and business solutions for efficiency & customer satisfaction. 

Prior to joining IDeaS, Prashant worked as Vice-President at KPIT Technologies and Parametric Technology Corporation, with responsibilities in infotainment, diagnostics, and mechanical engineering services.  In 2000, Prashant co-founded Auric System Integrators – a company which provided product engineering services to startups in the US.

In 1992, Prashant received a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the College of Engineering in Pune. This was followed by a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah in 1994. He also completed an Executive Leadership Program on Strategy at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2013.
