Neeraj Bhargava is the Founder and CEO of Zodius Capital Advisors, an investor-operator that is building market-defining companies which are targeting the rapidly developing digital economy in India, and next-generation business services focused on global markets. Prior to forming Zodius, Neeraj has had a successful career as an entrepreneur, investor, and consultant.
At Zodius, Neeraj has led investments in Allygrow, Antuit, Big Basket, BORN Group, Culture Machine, Enki Holdings, Markets and Markets, MedGenome and ZyFin. In most of these companies, he is an active Board member, and is the Chairman of Antuit and Born Group.
Outside of Zodius, Neeraj also invests in and mentors companies independently. His personal investments include Avagmah, Avestar, fuboTV, Graphic India, Juno.Clinic, Kinsane, and LocalCircles.
In April 2002, Neeraj co-founded WNS Global Services, a leading NYSE – listed outsourcing company. Between 2002-2010, he grew it to a 22,000 person global company with over $1 Billion in market capitalization.
Neeraj also co-founded and served as Managing Partner of eVentures India, a $150 Million venture capital firm which led investments in Internet and Business Services companies including Make My Trip (IPO at Nasdaq), CustomerAsset (sold to ICICI and listed later as First Source), Mentorix (sold to Lion Bridge, Inc.) and Net Magic (sold to NTT, Japan).
From 1991 - 1999, he served as Partner of McKinsey & Company, where he worked in New York, London, and Mumbai, and led practices and client relationships in the technology sector.
Neeraj has a BA in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, and an MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
