Nirmal John is the author of Breach - Remarkable Stories of Espionage and Data Theft and the Fight to Keep Secrets Safe, a new book published by Penguin Random House in 2018. He is a journalist with The Economic Times, and writes about emerging technologies and cyber security.
He previously worked as a journalist with Fortune India and an advertising strategist with Ogilvy & Mather.
He won the 2016 IE Business School Prize for Economic Journalism in Asia, awarded by the IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
