Her work with TRAI in on setting cable tariff for non-cas markets in India paved the way for the digitisation policy for Cable in India
Chanpreet spent 7 years as a strategy consultant with Ernst & Young in India with their media, entertainment & sports division. As part of the EY practice & later as an independent consultant, She has advised major Indian institutions & companies like Prasar Bharti, Discovery Channel, ABP, Dainik Bhaskar, Times Television, NDTV, Zee, & Network 18 on policy, strategy, business innovation, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions.
She led the business & marketing strategy for the launch of Formula One in India by Buddh International Circuit (BIC) till 2013.
Amidst her corporate career, she also co-founded 2 successful technology start-ups - 'Metis Learning', which developed India’s leading kids tablet ‘Eddy’ & ‘SOHAM’, which was involved in design & development of a social media software for NGOs & political parties.
She has also worked extensively in key international markets such as United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Singapore & Australia.
