Ms. Sudha Acharya is presently working as Principal, ITL Public School. She has more than 25 years of progressive experience and accomplishments to her forte. With an array of experience, she has contributed as a dedicated and resourceful professional in the field of education.

In her role as a Principal, she has expertise in Curriculum Design, Technology based Educational Development, Multi-criteria Assessment and Evaluation, Multidisciplinary Approach towards academic and co-curricular activities. With exceptionally wide knowledge on administrative skills and implementation, she has also carved a niche on pedagogical inputs based on the theory of Multiple Intelligences, Inclusive Education, Differentiated learning and instruction styles, Physical Education in curriculum, Value Based Integrated Teaching, Life Skill Development and Programmes for Teachers development and Wellbeing. She has also initiated workshops on mental health and wellbeing, special education and various student exchange programmes.

Her rich exposure to the IB, Cambridge, and CBSE curricula has empowered her with a diverse and innovative approach as an academic leader. As a Vice President of Association of Special Educators and Allied Professionals (A.S.E.A.P) her contributions in the field of special need children’s education is immense. Ms. Acharya is a keen learner and constantly upgrades her knowledge on latest practices in education.

She is associated with CBSE as a Master Trainer, Counselor and involved in Curriculum Designing. She is passionate about Child Centric Education wherein every child is unique and can thrive in a comforting and caring environment. She conducts workshops as a senior resource person on Gender Sensitisation, Inclusive Education, Mentoring and Motivating Staff etc.

She is recipient of:

1. Global Human Rights Protection Award given by the Indian Institute of Human Rights.

2. National Human Resource Optimisation Award given during the 33rd World Management Congress.

She has voiced her valuable opinion in different National Television channels on emerging issues like Anti bullying, Cyber Bullying, Teacher - Student relationship, a Stress Management during exams etc.
