India's defense & security challenges, as well as their resolutions, were the theme for One Globe Forum's panel, 'Modernising India's Defense & Security Capabilities for the 21st century.” The speakers were General Deepak Kapoor, Air Marshal Sumit Mukherji & Vice Admiral Shekhar Sinha. TCA Rangachari, former Ambassador to France and Germany moderated the panel. India's defense forces face considerable challenges – hostile neighbors outside and extremists inside the border.
