Dipan suggests that India will contribute to the rise of Asia as it is well connected geographically. He says that the key challenges lie with connectivity, resources and capacity building. Chokan added that the role technology plays is crucial. India has the 3rd largest number of universities for higher education in the world. The government needs to put in place a new policy to optimize its potential. Shailaja says that the challenge lies in distribution, inequality and a need for knowledge creation and connectivity.
